the staff at reception were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. Alejandro, in particular, was delightful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. the hostel had a beautiful interior design, the lobby area was a great place to relax and socialize, and the rooms were clean and spacious. the location was central, yet surprisingly quiet at night. a great experience. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 😊.
